Update on Vendor Registration

Following the successful implementation of new GEP SMART Online Supplier module in July 2020, about 1,500 suppliers have been invited to complete their registration in SMART.

Thank you to all the suppliers who have responded to the invitation by completing all required forms and providing us with the latest supplier information and documentation.

For those suppliers who have not responded to the invitation, we will be cleaning up our data by removing the supplier registration and/or category forms for which no responses have been received. Notification will be issued to supplier prior to the removal.

Please note this removal can impact your opportunity to be invited for RFQ/tender.
