GETTING REGISTERED


All request for registration are ONLY to be submitted via BSP Vendor Registration System (SMART by GEP). The following are the steps:

STEP 1:
REGISTER ONLINE
Vendor must register through SMART by GEP and attached all the required documentation as per the checklist. Please follow the registration guideline.

STEP 2:
COMPLY
Vendors must comply to the checklist of the required documents. Please read through the Material Specification Forms and fill in necessary information and submit them together with your online registration.

STEP 3:
REVIEW
Once application has been received, the Registration team will review the documents and revert within five (5) working days.

STEP 4:
REGISTERED
Accepted Registration.

STEP 5:
APPROVED
Vendor has passed:
- Technical Evaluation
- HSSE Green Banding
- LBD Compliance
