Vendor Development
One of BSP's Fit for Future strategy is on People and Country with its main objective to provide employment for Brunei's workforce, nurture, develop and support Bruneian talent, develop local business and attract FDI.
Since 2014, BSP has two Vendor development programmes,; firstly the Energy Business Academy (EBA) was introduced to develop local SMEs competencies and capabilities to venture in the Oil and Gas industry and increase the level of competitiveness. In 2020, to further support the local businesses, the Energy Business Academy 2.0 was launched in 2020 to continuously facilitate the development of existing BSJV Business Partners.
