Multi Factor Authentication - Contact Mobile Number Update

Dear All,

As part of our commitment to protect suppliers account and data, we will be adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an extra step to login to our SMART by GEP. The plan to go live is by 1st July 2026.

What is changing?

Login to SMART by GEP will be in two steps:

Step 1 : Username + password or username + verification code sent to your verified mobile number,

Step 2 : verification code which is sent to your verified mobile number.

Action required

This is to avoid disruptions to your participation to any tendering activities; it is critical for you to update your contact information by 21st-June-2026.  Please refer to the link to update the following information.

• Primary business phone
• Secondary business phone
• ISD code / Country Code
• Mobile number
