LBD Reporting

BSJV (in line with LBD Directive 2) require all registered Vendors to submit their LBD Performance Reports via Vendor Online Registration System (VORS), which is in addition to ME LBD Reporting.

This applies to all Vendors providing goods and services registered with BSJV.

Vendors to update their performance records quarterly - April, July, October and January.

Note: All Vendors are responsible to update their company information via VORS anytime there is any change to their company information.

Following to the announcement previously , please be informed that the new Vendor Registration system SMART by GEP is now available for vendors to register with BSJV. 

Please click on the link to access SMART by GEP and this link for Supplier Registration Guide.

VORS will still be accessible for LBD cycle reporting and SCC declaration only.
