NOTICE OF BSP WAREHOUSE RELOCATION TO MUARA
We wish to inform all vendors that MSC Warehouse operations are being relocated from Kuala Belait and NIA to the new MSC Warehouse in Muara Supply Base.
With effect from 28th September 2026, all material deliveries shall be directed to Muara Supply Base.
Please take note of the following arrangements:
Delivery Slot request: MSC14-Inbound-request@bsp-shell.bn
Delivery Days: Monday – Friday
Delivery Hours:
Monday – Thursday : 0800 hrs – 1545 hrs
Friday: 0800hrs – 1130 hrs (Break for Jumaat prayer)
1400hrs – 1545hrs
New Delivery Address:
MSC Warehouse, Muara Supply Base
Jalan Belangkas, Pekan Muara

Negara Brunei Darussalam
Vendors are kindly requested to ensure that all deliveries from 28 September 2026 onwards are made to the above address and not to the previous Kuala Belait and NIA Warehouse location.
During the transition period, vendors are also requested to plan their deliveries accordingly and ensure that the relevant Purchase Order (PO), delivery documentation and material information are available upon delivery.
Vendors are also reminded to comply with the applicable Muara Supply Base access, security and HSE requirements when making deliveries. For HSSE induction, kindly arrange with MSC/223 vanessa.lay@bsp-shell.bn
